I would like to be able to do this.
When I move my mouse over a <div> it will change the background color from orange to yellow.
Sorry if this sounds too simple but I'm Not sure where I'm going wrong...

I tried wrapping the whole <div> in a <a href="#"></a> but it only highlights the text, not I wanted.
I would like to change the background color of the triangle 255x60 px from orange to yellow when I hover over it.
Here's my code:

HTML Code:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<style>
#project{
	background-color:orange;
	width:255px;
	height:60px;
	padding:10px;
	text-decortation:none;
}
#project a:hover {
	background-color:yellow;
}
</style>
</head>

<body>
	<div id="project">
		<b>VESTIBULUM TINCIDUNT</b><br>
		Ut wisi enim ad minim veniam, quis nos- trud exerci tation ullamcorper suscipit.
	</div>
</body>
</html>
