As you can see there are tables every 3 rows. Product|Description and Product Number|Application, ect.
What I would like to do is to have a floating table that stays at the top of the page as you scroll down. Something like http://www.buysell.com/results.asp?id=2000&r=9&i=445 As you scroll down the floater follows and stays at the top of the page
Only thing is I would need the floater to be locked below the top navigation bar to start, until the page has been scrolled down. And would also need it to stay below the nav bar once you went back up again.
Is there anyone that could help me figure this out?

I am a programming newbie and had another question.
I need to have a top nav bar and then the floating table below it.
Would you know a way to have the table, say, 120px below the top of the page when the page loads. But as you scrolled down, having the table stick to the top of the page?
As in the nav bar would scroll up and off the screen, but the floating table would remain staying at the top of the page.
And vice-versa, as you scrolled up the page to the top again, having it stick at the top of the page, until the nav bar would be visible and then having it at 120px below the top again?
