    Post creating website including all lessons for all semesters years

    Dears
    i need a help to develop a big size of website
    website should include all the school lessons for all years from the primary schools till the secondary school then it should be an exams and quizzes with rating
    quiz's should include interactivity like click and drag and some kind of animation, sound effects and voice over and also should be suite all platforms (desktops iPad and mobile phones) ..
    i need to know what is the best solution to develop this project, is there is a CMS made for this kind of work or what i should search for?

    Sounds like a big (very big) project. Perhaps you should learn to program first. Then worry about the design and the tools.

    Search for online education CMS. One that I've only heard about is Moodle.

    But... asking what to search for indicates you are already in way over your head.

    By the way i'm not a developer .. I'm just a project manager and i need lead my team to the right choice .. And it's really a big project

    Then let your lead programmers do the research and let them make the recommendation. They must have done projects before and must have some experience in tools available. Let them pick one that works for them.

    I recommend you to learn the moodle. You can practice in localhost by downloading xammp. While installing xammp you may also include the add on which is the MOODLE.
