    Which method is best?...

    I was taught that in nested functions, the inner function is re-created everytime the outer function is called, then garbage collected when the outer function exits:

    function foo(a) {
    function bar(a,b) {
    return a+b;
    }
    return bar(a, b);
    }

    foo(5);

    Does an event handler work the same?, is the function re-created everytime the handler is called?

    myDiv.onclick=function(e){...};

    I though that it was not restricted, maybe I am wrong, however the question seems to be "Homeworky" type question...
