I will suggest you to re-optimize the On page of that page. Use proper title, description, H1 tags. Check whether your content consists of keyword density or keyword stuffing?

Can you please share, which techniques are followed by you to rank those keyword?

I agree with AvniShergill point, rearranging meta title and description will slightly improve the website ranking in Google, but you have to do more and more off page optimization and social media sharing in to get indexed and high search result from Google.

Recently, Google and other search engines did major changes in their ranking algorithm so you should optimize website according new rules. Old techniques like directory submission, article submission etc. have been out dated while promotion in social media took place of old techniques. Therefore using latest seo methods may help you.

    Hi
If you had placed the three keywords means do proper optimization, or alter the keywords , also try for content optimization. Follow the google algorithm update
