Hello! I've got a question regarding a certain code

    Hi!
My question is regarding an Israeli website (http://redalert.co.il/) which supposedly reports on rocket launches from Gaza in real-time.

A friend took a picture of said code - http://i.imgur.com/02Sv9Do.png
And basically what he is saying is that; "when theres no rockets being launched for a period of time it'll create random long-lats on the map with red dots"

I have absolutely no knowledge on JavaScript code and would like your help in confirming that.
Also, if you would be so kind to explain what does the highlighted code specifically does, it would be wonderful.

    Thanks in advance!

Without reading every line, it's hard to be 100% sure, but I can see no evidance of code to create random anything, except for one section that chooses from a fairly short list of foreign cities.

To be frank, the whole Israel and Palestine issue is a very contentious issue and IMHO its completely tasteless site that should be taken down.
