Coding has never been my strongest suit (I'm more designer than programmer of any sort ) so recently, I tried taking my work to a subdomain of our site which has a pretty restrictive htaccess if I am correct..

RewriteEngine on

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !/(store|Email-Blasts|testing)/ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /store/$1 [R=301,L]
That is my current htaccess.. and say I have a subdomain like 'dev.domain.com' it will work (goes to what looks like a holding frame) but if I put the testing folder inside the subdomain, and try dev.domain.com/testing/ ... it redirects to the 404 page on the main 'store' site.

Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?? Hopefully it's just a quick painless fix!
