What's the best graphic format to print from HTML pages
I'm creating invoice on HTML pages that I want to print
These all have pictures of people and goods on
I'm using PNG - I thought this would be the best format
Unfortunately, the graphic comes out squashed and not in the original ratio
What do I need to do to get the original graphic output?
And is PNG the best format to use to get the best output printed?
Web sites are not generally designed to be printed, so the graphic format is largely irrelevant. I would suggest that you may need to manipulate the image in one of the plethora of image editing programs to correct the aspect ratio.
You will get the best printed output quality from any loss-less graphic format...

have you converted these html pages into pdf files before you're printing them? Adobe Acrobat Pro will do this easily for you.
or maybe i could save myself £300 and just use chrome to save as pdf. lol

TIFF are the best for print.
Well you want two different things, one is that best image format for web is JPEG that is because having very small size as compare to PNG, and the best printable file is PDF that is very big size o file, so if you want to use best image for website so use only JPEG except logo, for logo you can use png.
Save it with PDF version and then printout.
