    Question Separate XML Parsers required?

    Hi,

    What is the purpose of using XML instead of MS Access or a text file??

    Whether separate XML parsers are used for depending on the platform or language used?? From where I can download the XML parsers for different platforms??

    Well, you can view XML files in most modern browsers eg Mozilla and Mozilla is available on 30 different OSes or something so it's about as cross OS compatible as it will get.
