Menu help

I have found the menu i want to use on my site the owner is letting the public use his coding but i dont understand how to get it horizontal ive been trying all day but no luck.

Can any of you guys help it would really be appreciated.

Yeah ive tryed ive got it horizontal but the sub nav is all over the place. Still no luck for me.
