I changed to make it less....spamishlike

1. I'd add some padding; the text is too close to the borders
2. There are too many links. You seem to have three links to the same page for a lot of pages.
3. The color scheme doesn't seem consistant.
4. Whether or not you have valid code (1, 2), you are using tables for layout, and your code isn't semantically meaningful.

And it does kinda look like spam.
