the profiles does not work but ill fix that soon(but comments about it is still welcome)
all non rude comments are welcome(and wanted)

Which can be nice if the forum looks attractive. I would suggest changing your colors.

The colors are alright, I guess, but we don't really need another Talk about anything you want forum. That's what chatrooms are for. If people just want to talk about anything, they would much prefer do it live, rather than posting sentence-by-sentence. I've seen a very small amount of these types of forums actually work. I suggest making a site with some kind of other purpose, then, if you get lots of hits and good comments from your visitors, perhaps open up a forum about your site.

same ^^, i didnt look at it as of the 403 error, was it phpbb, because phpbb is easily modified you can pick up some good templates from many sources including www.phpbb.com, and if you see one that is close but not quite what you want, its easy to change

it was a forbidden 403 it was a PNF 404

http://free.prohosting.com/freetalk go through that it works if u go through thant link, btw it says that i have to register im not going to register so i cnt review your site, maybi u should make it a public viewable forum to get more visitors.
