    Problem w/Pop-Up Window

    Hello, I pasted the following HTML for a pop-up window and it did not display. I don't know what the problem is, pls help me. Thank you.

    So, is the problem that you're not getting a popup, or the popup is empty, or....? Looks like you only do the popup on count equal null - appears that this may only happen on the first time in. Thus if you're testing, you may need to delete the cookie each time.
