    This really pisses me off.

here I am trying to help the guy, and well basically look at the last 2 posts, he insults me. That is the second time on the thread he insulted me. I called him on it the first time, told him he is an ass for it, but then he does it again. He wonders why not many people are there to help him?

Dude, if I were ever to do anything like that to someone helping me, I'd deserve a swift kick to the head. The guy obviously thinks he knows it all, and is such a stuborn ass that he won't change his mind.

Aw, man, that guy is a total jackass. I don’t think I could’ve controled myself like you did.

i looked into the matter and good master PeOfEo seems to be posting in quite a bit of forums, and from what i can tell, they are mainly quality posts. perhaps PCGamez should stick to replying to the jerkoff posts or somthing? (and learn how to spell 'something')

This type of thing happens on most forums (including this one). People come to the site looking for a particular answer, when we tell them that they have made a mistake somewhere else, they feel slightly insulted because we have demonstrated that we know more about the subject then they do.

Also, people pride themselves on their knowledge -- so when the experts give them a reality check and say, "Hey, your doing this wrong.", they get annoyed.

    Or something like that

Sounds stupid, but it happens. I get insulted in the ASP and Other forums sometimes.

    Regards,
    Andrew Buntine.

<dryhumour>So all you Muppets think you know more than me then; I very much doubt that, I possess more knowledge and understanding in my little finger than all of you put together, stick to the Coffee Lounge, no in fact coffee is too sophisticated try fruit juice instead.

Anyhow that forum sucks it doesn't have the hideous brown/maroon of this one... I must admit that kid wasn't too web savvy with ASP and as for PCGamez he Rocks! Yeah!</dryhumour>
