haha, ok it is a png, IE sucks so much, i dunno why they lie about their "full" png support...
i got Moz, i just usually browse with aol, which shouldnt actually have this problem(but it has), as it is a gecko based browser, isnt it?(partially IE-like)

The newer versions shouldn't... unless it doesn't support transparent PNG's and just uses the matte as the background color. I doubt it would though.
