Fell in love with his Keno waitress,
They honeymooned in Memphis,
They were married by the drive up window.
Trailer parks, neon signs,
And an empty box of Lucky Strikes,
All used up on the dashboard of America.

They were green because they were cayuga/Saxony hybrids.
Cayuga ducklings are black (With shiny green feathers as adults) and Saxony ducklings are yellow.
Green + Yellow = Green ducks
I'll post a picture sometime.
Really? Because in my experience, when you mix two equal parts of different colours, or substances, they meet at the middle, the other colour just doesn't just like EAT the other one. So perhaps anything duck+green duck = green duck, for the most part?
You know, I've never seen a yellow adult duck. Only moreno patos.
Oh, and i never ate a green duck, so please post a picture!

And btw, i wasnt serious about the acid, i would never do such things, i am a friend of all ducks

Keep in mind that it is not a matter of pigments, but a genetics matter.
Those ducklings turned out to be unlike any other duck I've seen.
the hens all have white collars like their father. Only the males should have the collars, but they have them too. Also they went from green to a deep beautiful gray.

Allright, here are those green ducklings. Just FYI, they aren't like, key lime green, but just green enough to be green. The big duck is Lexine, who died last week.
