    ... it also helps if you give an example of the code you have and enclose any code in a forum BBCode tag.
    --> JavaScript Frameworks like JQuery, Angular, Node <--
    ... and please remember to wrap code with forum BBCode tags:-

    [CODE]...[/CODE] [HTML]...[/HTML] [PHP]...[/PHP]

    If you can't think outside the box, you will be trapped forever with no escape...

    Hi,
    Please try below code you understand how text displayed.

    HTML Code:
    <!DOCTYPE html>
    <html>
    <style>
    .tooltip {
        position: relative;
        display: inline-block;
        border-bottom: 1px dotted black;
    }

    .tooltip .tooltiptext {
        visibility: hidden;
        width: 120px;
        background-color: black;
        color: #fff;
        text-align: center;
        border-radius: 6px;
        padding: 5px 0;

        /* Position the tooltip */
        position: absolute;
        z-index: 1;
    }

    .tooltip:hover .tooltiptext {
        visibility: visible;
    }
    </style>
    <body style="text-align:center;">

    <div class="tooltip">
    <img src="C:\Users\Public\Pictures\Sample Pictures\html5.jpg">
      <span class="tooltiptext">IBM</span>
    </div>

    </body>
    </html>
    Thanks
    Krishna Agola
