I'm using Salesforce.com, I'm not sure that it the best... I'd like to try something new.

Might try SugarCRM. Not as rich as SFDC but much less expensive. I would still argue for using Salesforce though. The switching costs are severe and the actual price for using it are insignificant compared with the ease of integration and the massive online support resources. Also, chances are that you can hire cheap marketing/salespeople that are familiar with Salesforce. That's important, as it will save you 10% per day in productivity early on.

Pay attention to this CRM software - https://voiptimecloud.com/lead-management-system/ . This great tool makes my work process much easier and helps to manage callbacks, track lead status, keep documents organized etc.

There were several mentions about one of my favorite software – Zoho, but I want to mention a CRM system which I found out recently and which has become the most favorite tool for my sales and marketing team. This is bpm’online crm tool, which suggests both marketing and sales automation apps, as well as one for service automation. Its features are just awesome and they give opportunity to manage every step and take control. In a word, the system is unique, as its features and tools are simply what one needs to manage both the marketing and sales using just one platform.

I agree with Yam on that! The Salesforce is an on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) suite offering applications for small, midsize and enterprise organizations, with a focus on sales and support. The Salesforce app has capabilities that include sales management, marketing automation, partner relationship management and customer service. These applications help organizations manage customer accounts, track sales leads, conduct and monitor marketing campaigns and provide service post sale.
