    Relevancy is what you needed if you are looking to get high rankings over the search engine, EDU or Gov won't help you if they are not related to your niche.

    Why to focus on only .gov or .edu website links. Rather focus on quality and relevancy. Though, there is simple way to find edu links. Google those colleges, universities and institutes which are offering scholarship program for students. Rest you can guess....
