Senior System Administrator

The Job Location is: Mexico, remote

Responsibilities:
Responsibility for technical design, planning, implementation and support for end user application Systems and the server configuration required for hosting of Enterprise applications.
Responibility for maintaining the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems.
Responsibility for backing up data, Active Directory, Systems Upgrades and migration and Group Policy Administration.
Recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and system applications
Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications
Must haves
o Ability to: Plan, organize and document complex system design activities and to configure systems to be consistent with corporate policies/procedures;
o communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing; establish and maintain cooperation, understanding, trust and credibility;
o perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively.
Positions in this classification may perform all or some of the responsibilities above and all positions perform other related duties as assigned.
Project Duration: 12 month

Required skills and experience:
5 to 7 years of experience in the following areas:
Microsoft Windows Operating Systems 2008 & 2012 Required
Virtual Server Environment utilizing VMware
Active Directory Definition and Administration
DNS and DHCP Definition and Administration
Backup and Recovery utilizing VEEM tools
SAN Storage Administration
Some experience in the following areas is preferred
LINUX Operating Systems
Microsoft Exchange
Administration of Office 365 Environment

Network Administrator

The Job Location is: Mexico, remote


Responsibilities:
Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting WAN equipment between corporate sites and the Internet
Perform administration, configuration and monitoring of all network equipment including: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN concentrators, RAS devices
Perform bandwidth analysis and capacity planning to ensure performance and scalability of network
Perform disaster recovery planning and testing
Participates in network on-call support
Maintain network documentation
Provides liaison support for the Workstation, Windows administrators and Internet development groups as needed
Assists in the planning and implementation of the overall corporate network infrastructure.
Studies vendor products to determine those which best meet the company needs
Provides recommendations to management resulting in purchases and installation of hardware, software and networking equipment
Evaluates new products/technologies to determine impact on existing system configurations
Performs complex technical analysis of software, hardware and network systems
Engineers LAN/WAN/Internet communications, network nodes and switches
Leads technical networking staff
Project Duration: 12 month

Required skills and experience:
Solid experience working as Network Administrator
Expertise working with Juniper networking equipment (Routers and Switches)
Expertise working with Palo Alto Firewalls
Excellent working experience with networking protocols
Working knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Skilled with packet capture and troubleshooting
Current Juniper Certification (JNCP)
Expertise working with Palo Alto firewalls
Palo Alto Networks Certified Networks Security Engineer (PCNSE) is a plus
