    Convert manually a html file to csv

    I have to convert html to csv to finally import with Anki

    It is not a table. Are words of the dictionary.

    Please can you explain how to prepare the first line with the first word ?

    If it is well-formed HTML, you could use any programming language with DOM support (Document Object Model) and likely parse it into something that could then be easily dumped into a CSV file. Further specifics are difficult at this point without knowing how the text is actually marked up.
