Your server will have an IP address that you already know, you just use that with an http:// prefix.

You could get a development tool, there are plenty about, a popular one is XAMPP which is a webserver, PHP, SQL and a few other bits and pieces for a local site development like on your PC or Laptop and if powerful enough a tablet (that supports windows like the one I have).

You can then develop a site easily and securely and demo the site to people (interested parties that have signed a Non Disclosure Agreement).

    Thank you very much.

    I have one more question.
I created a subdomain for one website... I wanted to use this subdomain to test my new site.
I did everything according to input from plesk.
But when I enter the site it shows following error :

domain.com's server DNS address could not be found.
    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

    Please help!

Accessing sub-domain's isn't possible via IP address as easily as just adding the subdomain name... It requires some server-side configuration and this is not something I have ever done in a webserver but I know it can be done, it depends on how much access to the server config you have.

You haven't fully explained clearly how you can access a webserver by IP address but not by its domain name, is the domain name parked and you access the server by IP address?

I have never encountered Plesk in any of my hosting, only ever had cPanel so I can't help you with any possible settings needed in the interface.

You can find plenty of information about configuration of the server settings but that is something that requires system access to certain folders that wouldn't normally be accessible to external users, its something a sysadmin would need to add or mount and does require configuration.

What we do not know, as pointed out, the exact details of how your domain name and IP address work together, is it as previously asked, a parked domain or did you buy your hosting and domain from the web host or did you buy them separate?

    Thank you very much.
Server is all mine, I can add customers, resellers, give them space etc..
I have couple of different domains connected with server, everything works fine.
The main domain is already established website, working fine.
I just clicked in plesk add subdomain, automatically directory was opened on server (where I can upload my stuff).
There is already existing subdomain for main domain.
I checked dns settings in options and they are as should be..

So you have a domain name for it, there is no reason why you can't access that sub-domain.

Are you sure that you don't need an .htaccess file?
