How can I login with Twitter/Facebook/Goolge+/Instagram to my platform?

You can login to some platforms for example younow.com (only) with the login data
    of other platforms like Twitter/Facebook/Goolge+/Instagram.

I have read anywhere about tokens are used for it. But I don't know more.

    So I have some questions:

    1)
If users log in to my platform with Twitter etc:
Have I still to create a database to save user login and further data?
Or are all user and other data saved at Twitter etc and I don't need
    my own database?

    2)
If all data saved at Twitter etc: Isn't that dangerous for me
because I'm dependent on Twitter etc to get user data I need
(how many likes/coins the user has for example)?

    3)
If I have to save all the data too in my database : Why should I use other login services?
How do I link a token from Twitter etc to the user data in my database?
I think on every login with Twitter another token is generated.
How can I link a token to the right user in my database (if I also have to save user data)?
Or how do I know it's the same user if there are always new tokens for the same user?

    4)
How can the login with other platforms like Twitter be implemented?
Is it complicated? Is there code anywhere?

    5)
Have I to enter a contract with Twitter etc to use
    there login for my login?

    6)
I don't know enough for further questions.
What else is important to know?

You best option is to find Twitter's development section on their website. I haven't done it on Twitter, but I have done it with Facebook. Twitter and Facebook set up strict guidelines that developers must adhere to, so you best bet would to asked questions there or overlook their developer's guidelines. If Twitter is like Facebook they will even have a how-to section.

Is it token based like Twitter? Do you know if all these login services are token based?

If facebook login to your site is token based:

How do you know it's the same user if login token is changing for every login?

And do you have to store data from the user in your own database?
Or are all information saved at facebook?

For example if you have a platform where the user can pay with virtual money:
Is it saved at facebook how much virtual money the user has?
Or do you have to store it in your own database?

At present I'm interested more in the technical background how this type of
login is working more than how the exactly programming code is.
So would great if you or someone else can write more to this question.

Unless you follow the suggestion of looking at developer specific pages, you are not going to learn how these login pluggins work.
--> JavaScript Frameworks like JQuery, Angular, Node <--
... and please remember to wrap code with forum BBCode tags:-

    [CODE]...[/CODE] [HTML]...[/HTML] [PHP]...[/PHP]

If you can't think outside the box, you will be trapped forever with no escape...
