    Help Please!!!

    I am looking for code that I can use on a HTML page to force a browser NOT to cash.

    Or something similar: The Problem

    One ISP here in South Africa runs a mirror, only refreshing every 7 days. This hinders new information to display to my users.

    Can anybody help me please
