Maybe you need to limit the time on the caching HTTP headers, so that it refreshes instead of displaying a cached version.

Yea i was thinking the same thing about caches , also browsers like chrome specifically i know has a nasty habit of waiting on updating a site if its not explicitly set. This is to create the illusion that its a super fast browser when you are infact viewing a old page. Go browsing in incognito and try different borswers and see if it yields the same results , otherwise f it really isa big problem you will need to set . Its also good practice to request a crawl when posting something new....and unrealistically update your sitemap.

First off, Shift + F5, usually does the trick

but often the simplest thing to do is to add a ? and a random string of characters to overcome cache issues, especially those imposed by your ISP.

The cache could be the result of your ISP caching the result in case its requested again, it then has a copy and doesn't get billed itself for traffic it needn't request.

so something like www.yourdomain.tld/targetPage.php?3981305 and that should force the cached copy to be refreshed.
--> JavaScript Frameworks like JQuery, Angular, Node <--
... and please remember to wrap code with forum BBCode tags:-

    [CODE]...[/CODE] [HTML]...[/HTML] [PHP]...[/PHP]

If you can't think outside the box, you will be trapped forever with no escape...

Yes ! i actually forgot to mention this i do this when changing css styles , it takes long to pick up so itl be stylev21.css , stylev22.cc and so forth then it changes alot faster without having to force it.

I think when the browser reads the same name it just loads up whats in the cache assuming its the same thing. That is kind of the point of caching i think.

I never really thought about applying this method to post as such .
