    Schema Validity?

I had this website developed and paid for schema to be added to it for an extended stay hotel in Naples, Florida, http://www.staynaplesflorida.com/, but recently was told that there wasn't schema on it (and they can help me add it for $$), so I'm here, hoping for some impartial help on if it is or isn't there. i'm sorry if this isn't what this site is exactly for, I just didn't know where else to turn for help!! Thanks!

Not sure what you mean by "schema" in this context?

Still not really following, but it sounds like you paid someone to do something, but they didn't really do it, and now either they or someone else is asking for more money to actually do it? Maybe you need a lawyer, not us web developers?

If you're just asking us how difficult it would be to add this schema/structured data thing, I for one do not have nearly enough info as to what this thing would be and therefore how it would be implemented.

You can use any tool online for validating your schema. Or you could check Google Search Console as well.

What type of schema? HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SEO, Data...

Theres lots of things the word schema is applied to, so does the person mean invalid HTML or are they an idiot for not recognising HTML5?

You know, after reading your question again, it seems to me that you were contacted, am I right? If you were contacted and offered this service, then its almost certainly a scam of some sort, they may add code, they may rearange code to look like they have done something.

If you go to the search engine, search for HTML validator, put your site URL in to the box, press the button and the W3C site will look at all the errors in your site and list the important ones, some you can ignore, but ultimately you can turn around to these guys and say you have had your site validated and the report from the w3C is a clean bill of health, if they try to say otherwise, put the phone down or block them in your email client.

Also, from a security stand point, the last thing you want to be doing is handing the keys to your domain over, once a site is hijacked, unless you have any sure fire security and a web host that listens and understands, by that I mean a real company and not big players like godaddy and gator whats its name... They are money orientated, employ script monkeys and none of their staff are trained beyond reading instructions off a script. You will find it very hard to get past those people if your domain happens to have all the login and security changed, they don't need to transfer the domain, just take it over for a day or so and serve whatever they like from it.
