Yeah, I'd consider that spam for any section.

i wouldnt have thought there was such a thing, im not advertising a site, well i kind of am, although if this is spam you should see some of the other posts here

Edit: yes it would be classed as off-topic/spam if posted this in say php but this forum(coffree lounge) is a general chat forum, so technically you didnt reach it from a post that is off top
