It's to stop spamming and keep the board more manageable. Plus, how could one really read/help a person in less than 60 secs?

Yes very true mstrbob but sometimes it can get a wee bit annoying but i suppose everybody is patient enough to wait 60 seconds

i guess im a fast typer wat i did write was that they should have those back to top buttons under each post after posting i rem that there was the old home key for that and when i replied writing that it came up with that annoyin message

i type fast as well, and if i'm replying to about 4 threads at once (which happens) then it gets annoying. but i just hit the back button and the text is all there, so i just take the opportunity to look over what i have and make changes if need be.

too logical? perhaps. too efficient? definitely.
