Question How can I include in the code specific comand for specific browser?

Let's say, this is my standard positioning for div, but I want Netscape to use different numbers; can I include somewhere in the code something that talks to Netscape specifically? ...; Netscape-position:absolute ; Netscape-left:28; and so on.

    <div id="Layer3" style="position:absolute; left:25; top:512px; width:204px; height:25px; z-index:3; visibility: visible;"></div>

    Thanks.
    James
