program for creating image maps

Hi,

Do you guys know of a good and affordable image editor that can create image maps? Does anyone know if Paint Shop Pro has this capability?

I know Adobe Imageready can do this but Adobe doesn't seem to offer it as a stand alone application any more.

Hi -
I'd recommend GIMP, which is open source and very handy. There's an Image Map plug-in / script that comes with the pkg. and although I only used it to test; worked fine.
[It's simple to use the same to just check your locations with the cursor & write your own...]
