Need help with the media player in html

Hi every body this question may be dumb cuz its about media player not being able to run on the media bar of the explorer. I can run it by clicking the media files on other servers BUT when I try to run file on my server it gives C00D11CD error if I disable media bar and run the file then it opens media player run properly. Please tell me what to do I need the files on my server to run in media bar.

I just created links for asx files and access files by clicking them if there is a better way to open a vedio file in media bar please let me know
