fullscreen html from a standalone flash

I need to open a fullscreen html window from a standalone flash file (exe). How can I do that?

The question is, why do you THINK you need to do that?
Are you sure someone with eg 1600 res won't find it annoying if say your 800x600 flash suddenly covers up his entire desktop?

I dont think he wants his flash in a full screen he wants the EXE file to open a Explorer window for another activity, as is common with Viruses and Porno graphic Trojan horses.
WINMX is Laden with these type of files fortunately I haven't been able to crack open how they do it So probably the average person won't either.

It is very annoying
