    Buntine, have you purchased an official business licence from the Australian government?

    I'm just wondering because I'm wanting to purchase a business licence within a year or so for my web development company.

    Actually I was a bit confused..especially about the discussion of rates.

    Does the restriction of discussing rates apply only to that Guild they mentioned or is this a general law.

    In short..is didcussing rates in here constitute a federal violation?
