Meaning of "CMS Partnership"???

I just received an email and a very short voice mail. The email just stated "CMS Partnership proposal". What does CMS stand for in the web advertising industry?

I already looked under an Acronymn finder and computer terms with no definite answer.

Its not really an advertising term, but more of a Web-Based Information Systems term.

Its the idea behind server-side programming. Basically, a CMS allows the Webmaster to serve fresh content without having to edit source code and re-upload files to the Web Server.

Your email address would have been placed on a list based on the companies primary demographic. Just delete the email, its most likely just spam.
