I have buffering turned off for an ASP page that processes backend data. I also have a custom error page setup that sends me an email when an error occurs. If the buffering is turned on, the error page is called. If the buffering is turned off, the error page is not called and the standard message screen is shown.

How can I have the custom error page called when buffering is turned off?

Here are my specs:

Win 2000 Server
Sql Server 2000
Javascript client side code
ASP server side code
All client using latest version of IE
