I am not so sure that this web site can do that. This Forun is Powered by: vBulletin Version 2.2.9. Many other sites use it too. Here is another one that I use

They can be customized to a certain extent. But the general format must remain intact. You might have to go to the developer of the program for that change. There is a "Contact Us at the bottom of every page.
