    Glider.js Not Working in IE7

    Evening Everyone

    Been working on this issue for a while now and can't seem to figure out why IE7 doesn't like this set of JavaScript.

    Works fine in IE8, Firefox, and Safari... but IE7 is giving me fits.

    I appreciate any assistance you can offer!

    Here's the link:

    And the code...

    The Header info:
    <script src="javascripts/prototype.js" type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8"></script>
    <script src="javascripts/effects.js" type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8"></script>
    <script src="javascripts/glider.js" type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8"></script>
    The Glider sits inside this div:
    <div id="my-glider">
    And here is the code to advance the Glider manually:
    <span class="glider-left-arrow">
    <a href="#" onclick="my_glider.previous();return false;"><img src="images/glider-arrow-left.png" style="border:none" alt="arrow-left"/></a>
    <span class="glider-right-arrow">
    <a href="#" onclick="my_glider.next();return false"><img src="images/glider-arrow-right.png" style="border:none" alt="arrow-right"/></a>
    And finally the Javascript to advance the Glider:
    <script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8">
    var my_glider = new Glider("my-glider", {duration: .75});
    Thanks so much for any help you can provide... this is drivin me crazy.

    I noticed I was using slightly older versions of 2 of the javascript scripts.

    I replaced them with updated versions.

    Would any IE7 users out there mind letting me know if the transitions work?
    Currently can't cross-check it.

    Thank you.

    Any IE users able to take a look at this?

    Also, is there a problem displaying the PNG files on the site?

    Nope. It does not work in IE7. It is hard to say why as no error is thrown. PNG display should work with no problems under IE7.

    I noticed the horizontal scrollbar in IE7... so that's making me think it's actually a problem with the CSS.

    I just changed the containing DIV to overflow:hidden (a couple of the classes inside the main DIV were already set to be hidden but I guess it wasn't picking up on it?)

    I'll check it shortly in ie7 and see if that had any effect on it... hoping it does.

    HI.. has any one used glider.js?

    if you go through the above mentioned website, you will see a small slideshow of books at the bottom right.
    I need to modify it but don't know how to do it..
    When i slide to the last slide and again click the next all divs scroll to the first showing all the slides. When i click the next button it must be a loop and continuously slide like an infinite slidehow...

    Please respond immediately

    thank you very much......
