Advanced Java questions to ask a Professor

Today, I asked my professor about efficiency and I wanted to talk about large scale applications using scalability (not very advanced), but I didn't have the confidence to ask him.

I was wondering if anyone knew any logical, advanced questions to ask a professor?

Honestly, I just want to make him know that I'm not sleeping in his lectures! Anything would be greatly appreciated.

Ask him about communication between classes. Or you could ask him about multiple processes using threads.

Those are two subjects which I asked my lecturers.

got any great questions to ask a physics professor? The guy is so so so boring its hard not to sleep. Ever seen Faris Buler's day off? He is like the teacher on that. He went to harvard and cornel (two of our iv league really good schools), hes smart, he just can't teach worth crap!

first try to look it up on google and then make sure you put this question to him for a real good explaination

we are still in the basic stuff, energy. We will be doing light and electricity soon though. But this stuff is all like the review period from last year.
