i would have done this graphic http://barkus.f2s.com/graphicstalk/images/header.jpg rounded on the sides, or/and make it look like it's going behind.

the ad banner seems alright to me, but maybe you should add, somehow, the message, that if people need assistance in graphic matters the'll have to go to graphics talk!

Don't know if this is the same issue LCF touched on, but according to my screen/browser, the header graphic exceeds its container by about 20px on each side.

Also, I'd align the Partner sites with the breadcrumb, rather than have the staggered effect.

Nice site. One of a few done with a black background that is legible!

Very nice... I like the color combination... I noticed that your using Image map on the header. I was told lots of browser don't support it.. correct me if I'm wrong.
