    displaying a database

    hi all, i had a database in Access and i intended to display out the database in webform before and after a user update the database. which mean that when a user rnter my web page, he will be able to c the database after which he or she is able to change his particular and the database will immediately changed the data and display its new data.....can any1 teach me how to display the database?

    Reading from a data base is a very basic thing. You justy create a connection and then use an sql query to get the desired info.
    http://aspnet.4guysfromrolla.com/ look in the displaying data section. Those use data grids more. But to put data actually into the text box you just get that one bit of data you want and then you write it into the text box within the html section of your code. So this would be hard for anyone to teach you. You are just going to have to go through some tutorials I guess.
