Web Page icon - displayed in browsers

Hey,
Does anyone now how to attach a little icon to the browser.
WebDeveloper.com has a yellow box with black [WD] text in it. I'm not sure if i explained it correctly.

They are Favicons

This is called a favicon. It's a little icon that you make for your website.

You can either "hard code" it to each page, or just let the server do it automatically.
