Search engines do not support frames. So they won't get to your site. If they even do, what content is there? Search engine bots don't have flash support, they read text. They read text and follow links. They index your site, and your site will be categorized depending on content. Bots will index the different pages of your website, and generally, websites with more content get higher results. Loading up on hidden keywords and the like doesn't help. Bots look for actual webpages and and textual content, since that is the standard for transmitting information on the web. It's not impossible to get a flash, or frame-based website on the web (even if you combine the two) it just makes it that much harder to get into the search results.
If you had actual webpages, and I searched for something, and one of your webpages has it, your site would show up. but with you having flash, yeah, one of your "pages" might have the info. But the bots can't see it, and it won't get indexed (despite the fact that there's no way to link directly to it) so the searcher doesn't get your site. It really hampers you.
