Need source Code (fun with mouse)

I need someone here to help me by either helping me write some code...or take a challenge and write it themselves. Here's what i need. Basically i need code that when u open and are using a web page will invert the mouse coordinates...so basiclly up is down and left is right etc etc....if anyone could help me with this that would be really awesome!
