having an javascript issue... Need some help.

I have no coding experience at all, and I'm just learning the basics right now, but I'm trying to do something similar..but without the iframe scrolling.

I want sort of the same, but having it pull a random file.. and not just having it continue to move down to the next anchor inside one page..

is this possible with javascripting? Please respond!
