Question .jsp local testing server question

    Hello everyone!

I am new to .jsp in fact..i never written a line in .jsp. I am fluent in PHP but never written in .jsp. I have a menu that I need to convert from PHP to JSP and I don't have a server to test it on. Does anyone know where I can find a free testing server that I can set up on my local machine. I would appreciate if anyone has some suggestions or ideas on how to obtain that. Thanks!

http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/ is the home of the reference implementation for Java web containers. If you want to go whole hog you can get and install the latest J2EE JDK from Sun (http://java.sun.com/j2ee/1.4/download.html#sdk), which will install a version of their app server.
