    easy question

    I know this sounds pathetic but can anyone remeber the html tag that designates css? i know it goes imbetween the head tags but i and the second part is type="text/css". can anyone help me? I'm just learning css and i can't remember how to do that.

    thanx i kinda know what i'm doing i just can't remember exactly what commands or tags are.
