How do you put a frame inside a table??

In a page i have created using tables and images i created in photoshop, i have a section in the middle in which i wish to put a frame into so as to load asp pages into for a login for members, how do i put this frame inside a table??

Maybe a simple question i cant seem to do it though??

You would need to use a sever side include. It can't be done other wise.

P.S. Frames are not a good idea.

You would? I don't understand; couldn't you use an iframe? Certainly you can put an iframe in a table...

Indeed ive heard of the term iFrame, but if you dont mind me asking, what is an iFrame, how does it work??
