Concerning technicalities, I'd suggest you read my sticky post at the top of this forum - tables for layout should be replaced with CSS and semantic markup (this is explained further in my post).
As far as design goes, it looks pretty neat, but there are a couple of things you might want to change...
* A little bit more of a margin on the left-hand side of the entire page would be good.
* The navigation headings (Site Search, Shop by Category, etc.) have an awkward background that makes the headings a little difficult to read. Maybe tone them down a little (decrease the contrast between the squares and the lines between the squares) so that the text stands out better.
* Provide alternate text for all of your images; browsing with images disabled - as many disabled users may do, including many dial-up users - causes the site to be unusable.
* When you link to "www.houseofstyle.com," be sure to put the "http://" part in front of it in the HREF attribute, otherwise the link heads to "http://letsgofootwear.com/www.houseofstyle.com" instead of "http://www.houseofstyle.com."
Other than that, pretty nice.

Flash animation is a great idea, but you ought to keep in mind that some users don't have it, and so that could pose a problem; alternate data is always required for visual media.
