    Looking for some suggestions...

As winter break quickly approaches and my workload is decrasing Im getting ready to begin blogging again.(http://complexfellow.com/) . I'm going to be keeping the basic design of my site the same but would like to redo the rather bland header and main navigation. I am simply looking for suggestions as to what you think I should do with them.

    Thank you,
    Conor Hastings

I'm not looking to do something seasonal, I'm looking to make a change that will stay, ideas of things to do with the header and main navigation.

Look, just add some Munchkin Men. That's the solution. Munchkin Men will make it all better...

Start by adding an RSS feed; I tend to forget to read blogs that don't have RSS.

Although I find it difficult to believe, the majority of resources I've found say it stands for "Really Simple Syndication." Basically it's an XML format for aggregators (programs) to download and process remotely. In other words, I can look and see if there is a new entry in a list of blogs by simply looking in my bookmarks. It has more usefulness, though, as many aggregators also provide summaries or complete entries (based on the information in the XML file). This means you don't even have to visit all the blogs in order to read their new entries. Read more: <http://xml.com/pub/a/2002/12/18/dive-into-xml.html>.
