make it look the same allways?

hiive got a website which looks the mutts on my pc but on any other with a different resolution it looks cak like its been designed by a dyslexic rabit (no offense intended to dyslexic rabits) it uses css and javascript to set up where the design goes so what should i do to make it look good on any monitor?
